Job seekers never pay. Employers pay only when a real, verified person opens their listing. No minimum spend, no contract, no monthly fee.
Standard

Your listing on the board, sorted by relevance and recency, with applicants delivered to your dashboard.
Boosted
$0.60
per billable click
Everything in Standard, plus priority placement labelled “Promoted”, targeting by location and work interests, and inclusion in seeker email alerts.
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices exclude any sales tax that may apply in your state.
What counts as a billable click
You are charged for a click only when all of the following are true:
- The person is signed in as a job seeker. Every seeker account is email-confirmed and 18 or over, so there are no anonymous or bot clicks on your bill.
- It is the first time that person has opened your listing. Someone re-reading it is one interested person, not several.
- The person is not you or anyone on your own account.
- The listing is published at the time of the click.
- You have credit remaining.
Anything that fails these tests is recorded as a view and is never charged. Your dashboard shows every click we counted, when it happened, and why it qualified, so you can check our arithmetic at any time.
How you pay
Listings are prepaid. You load credit onto your account (minimum top-up $25) and billable clicks draw it down at the rate above. You can never be charged more than you have loaded. Each listing can also carry its own budget cap, so one job cannot consume your whole balance.
When credit runs out, your listing stays visible, drops from Boosted to Standard if it was boosted, and stops accruing charges until you top up again.
Credit is applied to your account the moment a payment succeeds. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for. Refunds of unused credit, disputed clicks, and how we handle your card details are set out in our Billing, Refund and Delivery Policy.
Founding employers
While 18to22 is in its founding period, new employer accounts receive $50 of free click credit and Boosted placement at the Standard rate. The terms of that offer are short and in plain English.
